Celebrating German engineering excellence, real driver’s machines, and your prized moments of ownership.
Porsche owners are some of the most loyal car fans out there. With a Porsche it’s usually down to the driving experience, the engineering prowess — and of course the distinctive style.
From the original 356 to the air-cooled 911, from the accessible 944 to the Boxster that introduced a new generation — every Porsche has its own devoted following.
And what better than a cartoon to capture such devotion, character and passion, along with emotive moments of your Porsche.
A photograph records a moment. A cartoon brings it to life — it can inject the passion into the subject. From a special jaunt to the country and the look on someone’s face when they reached the destination. Or perhaps there’s a family or car club in-joke about your Porsche. Unlike a photograph, Porsche cartoons can capture a moment the camera missed…or can exaggerate a situation for comic effect. Club trips can be particularly conducive for such moments!
You can show context photos miss. Your Porsche at a historic race meeting, surrounded by fellow classics. Outside your house where the adventure begins. At that memorable Porsche Club gathering where everyone understood exactly why you’re obsessed. And of course it’s a cartoon — so you can be playful and have some fun with it as well.
Cartoons can really help to capture the soul of the car and not just the appearance. Porsche cartoons are great social moments — people laugh, they love showing friends, they display them proudly and talk about it with friends. There are so many mass-produced gifts, and searching around for something unique can be time-consuming — so instead I can create something specially for you that will carry real emotional weight.
Whether it’s a gift for a Porsche-owning partner, parent or friend — or a way to celebrate your own connection to these soul-stirring cars — personalised Porsche cartoons are something genuinely unique and deeply personal. Not only that, but it’s a reminder of a memorable motoring moment every time you glance at the cartoon hanging on the wall.
Birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas, retirement — a personalised cartoon works for any occasion. And because every commission is different, no two cartoons are ever the same. It’s not just a gift. It’s a story told in cartoon form.
It could be a car that’s been in your family for a couple of generations, or a project that you’re currently tinkering with in the garage — every Porsche has a tale to tell, perhaps even a romantic one.
But more than the car itself, it’s your story that matters. Maybe it’s the first time you saw one and immediately knew it was the car for you. Or perhaps it was when you were younger and a family member took you for your first spin in a Porsche and you were hooked. And let’s not forget the club trip you’ll never forget.
You may not get to actually drive your car at the legendary Nürburgring — however you can be captured in a cartoon doing so! And perhaps a club member has made some joke or comment that could be worked into the idea as well. Of course it doesn’t have to be the Nürburgring — Porsche owners are often more track-focused than others, so there are plenty of track day settings to choose from.
Whatever you and your car’s story — a personalised cartoon captures it in a way nothing else can.
Commission a cartoonI don’t just draw the car. I can put you, your dad, your partner, or perhaps a happy couple out on a date. I could even add your dog hanging out of the window, taking in the countryside air…ears flapping in the wind.
The background can feature a favourite scenic spot, somewhere you’ve driven past on a club run or holiday tour, your house, or something more stylish altogether. The possibilities are genuinely endless — and that’s what makes a cartoon so different from a photograph. With a cartoon, there’s huge artistic flexibility, and the result is something completely and uniquely yours.
Imagine the cartoon framed and hanging on the garage wall…or perhaps the spare bedroom…it might even be pride of place in the hallway or dining room. Cartoons are often popular items to put in the loo. And of course it could go on the wall of the man-cave along with lots of other motoring memorabilia. No matter what the final hanging space, cartoons are a stunning gift that become a talking point wherever they’re displayed.
1. Share your Porsche story
Tell me about your Porsche. Send photos — as many angles as you’ve got. Share what makes it special. That 911 you finally bought after years of searching? The 944 you’ve maintained to perfection? The Cayman with the brilliant backstory? Let me know what you’d like to capture. We’ll chat about your vision, what matters most, and what makes you smile when you see your Porsche. If you’ve got a clear idea of what you’d like, great. And if you’re not quite sure — I can come up with some ideas for you.
2. I create your cartoon
After we’ve settled on an idea, I’ll send you a rough draft for you to check. Once you’re happy with that, I’ll go ahead and complete the cartoon. Watch your photos and stories transform into something unique.
3. Receive your illustration
Once complete, your finished Porsche cartoon is yours — ready to display, gift, or share. Not a generic 911 from a catalogue. Yours. With your registration, your story, your connection to your car.
Of course, owning a Porsche comes with certain…financial commitments. But at least a cartoon costs considerably less than an OPC service bill.
Whether you’re an air-cooled purist or embrace the more modern water-cooled models — I can draw them all.
